Novatus Provides Flexible Delivery with our On-Premises Installed Solution

The Novatus On-Premises solution provides software delivery installed in-house behind your corporate firewall.  Novatus Contracts is a J2EE application that can be installed on either Microsoft or UNIX based servers with flexible and robust database options. The software is installed by Novatus technical experts via secure VPN access to your network in coordination with your internal IT department.  All components of the system are installed very efficiently by the Novatus team in just a few hours.  For more sophisticated enterprise clients, our team works with your IT group to setup additional environments, redundancy and comply with your internal disaster recovery and backup policies provide comprehensive support services.  

All Novatus Contracts upgrades, fixes and enhancements are installed by the Novatus technical team with your IT department on a pre-scheduled basis.  System upgrades are provided, for no additional charge, an average of 3-4 times per year.   The Novatus On-Premises subscription pricing model includes an annual all inclusive fee for your license, maintenance, support, and all upgrades and enhancements.

Novatus Contracts minimum hardware Specifications

The following server specifications are for installations on a multi server environment with up to 500 Users.

Server Operating Systems:

• Windows Server 2003 or 2008

Web Server Hardware Specifictions (2 load balanced web servers): (Physical or Virtual are acceptable)

• Pentium 4, 2Ghz or better
• 4 Gigs Ram
• 20 Gig Hard drive Space for installation

Database Hardware Specifictions: (Using a shared exising database server is acceptable)

• (2) Xeon class server processors
• 8 Gigs Ram
• 100 Gig Hard drive Space

Network File System accessible by both web servers.

• An average of 30 Gig space needed per 50,000 contract images/documents
