1. What Information Do We Collect and Why?

Contact Information / Registration Form

With your permission we may collect information that identifies you personally, such as your name and e-mail address, when you submit a registration from the Contact Us page. We may also collect additional information if you choose to submit it, including your phone number, fax number, title/role, place of employment, mailing address, and the type of information you are requesting. Novatus may use this information to respond to your inquiry, request your participation in a survey, and contact you regarding your request. Novatus may also provide an automatic response to your submission of the registration form.

IP Addresses

We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems, to administer our web site, and to gather demographic information. When you visit our site, we recognize only your domain name and not your e-mail address. We will see your e-mail address only if you give it to us by filling out a Contact Us form or by sending us an e-mail message.

The customer section of our website is designed for Novatus customers. Novatus will provide you with the credentials required for access to this part of the website. Access and use of our Customer portal is governed by your Novatus SaaS Hosting Agreement Terms and Conditions.
